Program Description:

CET Kunming

Kunming scene
Take a full load of intensive Chinese language classes, live with a Chinese roommate, and abide by a full-time language pledge. The region's mild summer climate and beautiful surrounding region make it a pleasure to practice language skills in the city, countryside, or dorm. The program is for low-intermediate to high-advanced Chinese language learners.

  • Intensive academics, with 20 hours/week of Chinese language classes
  • One year of university-level Chinese covered in 8 weeks
  • Full-time Chinese language pledge
  • Excursions that examine issues particular to the Yunnan region--Chinese environmental issues and minority life

  • Open to students with at least 2 semesters of previous Chinese language study
